Advantex is dialling-up more success after securing work to provide new telecoms services for Rockliffe Hall.
The company has won a further round of work at the hotel and championship golf course in Hurworth after delivering successfully a number of other previous projects including IT and wireless.
This latest success means Advantex has continued to work in partnership with Rockliffe Hall since it opened in 2011, reaffirming the hotel complex as one of the Gateshead-based firm’s major clients.
A new round of technical support and systems to improve connectivity is part of a contract that also sees the provision of the latest generation of IP (Internet Protocol) phones to improve staff and guest telecoms services.
The whole system is also connected to a back-up service to ensure continuity of services in the event of a disruption to the main BT service.
Previously, Advantex has completed the installation of site wide Internet access for wireless devices and support of critical infrastructure systems as well as event support during the Senior Masters golf tournament held at Rockliffe Hall the last two years.
This was one of the most prestigious contracts undertaken by Advantex at the time, reinforcing its position at the forefront of the IP telecoms revolution in the North East.
