Privacy Notice (1): Client and General User Interactions
This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect from you when you interact with us and our products and when you purchase goods and services from us. In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.

We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
How long do we keep your information for?
We will not keep your information longer than necessary and will only keep information that is relevant to the purpose.
Where you are a customer, we will keep your information for the length of the contract and after that for seven years in line with HMRC Records Management, Retention and Disposal Policy.
Where you are a prospective customer, we will retain you information for 12 months after your last interaction with us.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.

Credit Card details
Advantex Network Solutions will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on the Advantex Network Solutions.
